7-inch Iconia B1 tablet from Acer for just Rs. 7,999

Taiwanese multinational Acer recently outed their new Android powered 7-inch Iconia B1 tablet for Rs 7999, according to the Wall Street Journal

WSJ confirmed that one of its source with direct knowledge of the project Iconia B1 being developed by Acer.

As per the source, Iconia B1 specifications:

• Price Tag: Rs 7,999/-
• Processor: 1.2 GHz dual-core processor
• Display: 7-inch 1024×600
• RAM*: 512MB
• Storage*: 8 GB
• OS*: Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean

This tablet is expected to hit the Indian market by end of January 2013.
