The Korean smartphone manufacturer today launched a new smartphone under its ‘ Galaxy Note’ series – the Samsung Galaxy Note 5. With the features showcased at the launch event, the new Note looks like one beast of a device. The most killer update I feel is the external typepad ~ bringing back the BlackBerry and Nokia E71 days. Samsung say the device will hit the market on 21st Aug 2015.

Here are some of its feature:
- Display: 5.7 inch Quad HD Super AMOLED
- Resolution: 2560×1440 (518ppi)
- Processor: Octa core (2.1GHz Quad + 1.5GHz Quad), 64 bit
- OS: Android 5.1 (Lollipop)
- Storage: 32/64GB (non-expandable)
- RAM: 4GB

Overall, the new Samsung Galaxy Note 5 looks like a decent device with some major improvements as compared to its predecessors.
